The Technology Corridor has an active Professional Technical Diversity Network (PTDN) chapter. PTDN is a partnership between employers, the community and professional organizations with a shared commitment to attract, develop and retain diverse professional and technical specialists.
Diversity Focus, a non-profit organization in the Corridor, is devoted to enhancing the diversity of the Cedar Rapids - Iowa City area. Diversity Focus is a new initative set to integrate and coordinate existing efforts as well as identify or create new activities and programs in the Corridor.•
